The Puna de Atacama is an arid and vast desert in the Andes Mountains of South America. This landscape is a combination of high plateaus, indigenous heritage, and massive peaks. We can also find Ojos del Salado in the Puna de Atacama. Ojos del Salado is a dormant complex volcano in the Andes on the Argentina–Chile border. It is the highest volcano on Earth and the highest peak in Chile. The flora and fauna in the Atacama Desert are a unique ecosystem that we have to preserve.
